Post DD39 updates

Small changes were implemented:

- The landing pad was virtually widened, 1px on each side, so landing on the edge is less frustrating.

- High score indicator.

- Speed warnings. If you are above or slightly under the limit speed for safely landing the indicator will show.

- "Get ready!" pause before every round.

and some significant ones:

- Bombs. For when the RNG throws you a nigh unwinnable stage and you can't affor losing a ship.

- Fuel is more plenty (twice what was before). It was fine as it was for the earlier stages, but not enough to maneuver around or through tough clusters of enemies in later stages. The game now goes longer.
